What Supercut costs

What you are buying

Supercut sells a software subscription. It is a video editor that runs on your own computer, in a web browser at supercut.cc/app or as a desktop app for macOS and Windows. You describe an edit in plain English and the software performs it: trimming, cropping, captions, compression, format conversion, colour and audio work, and screen recording. Nothing is shipped, because there is no physical product to ship.

Supercut does not support adult content. The Service must not be used to create, edit or export pornographic, sexually explicit or nudity-related material, and no adult video editing service is offered on this website or in the app. This applies to the free tier and to every paid plan.

One plan covers both the web app and the desktop app on the same account. There is no seat count and no per-export charge. This website is operated by Harsh Manwani.

Free, before you pay

Editing and previews are free, with every tool. Your first export is free too, with no account, no card and no watermark. Only a finished export counts, so a video that will not open costs nothing. It runs the same engine a paid account runs, so you can confirm Supercut handles your footage on your machine before any money moves. Start at supercut.cc/app.

Currency and taxes

Prices are listed in Indian rupees. Checkout is processed in US dollars at the amount shown beside each plan, so the exact rupee figure on your statement depends on the rate and any foreign transaction fee your bank applies. Any tax that applies is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Billing terms

  • Delivery: access is unlocked on your account immediately after payment. See the delivery policy.
  • Renewal: monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the price above until you cancel. The lifetime plan and the 7-day pass never renew.
  • Cancellation and refunds: cancel at any time, and ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying a monthly, yearly or lifetime plan. The 7-day pass is not covered by that window, except for a duplicate charge or a technical failure. See the cancellation and refund policy.
